What Bravenbloom is
Bravenbloom is a free multiplayer browser MMORPG with real-time players, chat, friends, guilds, leaderboards, farming, dungeons, and optional virtual cosmetics. It runs in a web browser.
Age rules
For international launch, Bravenbloom uses a conservative rule: players 16 or older may continue on their own, players aged 13-15 need parent or guardian approval, and players under 13 cannot play yet. This is stricter than Bulgaria's 14-year threshold, but safer across EU countries, the UK, and the United States.
Safety expectations
- Children should use a nickname, not a real name.
- Children should not share contact details, school, location, photos, passwords, or payment details.
- Parents should review the Community Guidelines with younger players before multiplayer chat.
- Players under 13 should not use Bravenbloom until we add a formal parent verification process.
- Real-money diamond purchases are currently disabled. If payments are enabled later, parental controls should be reviewed before launch.
Parent requests
A parent or guardian can contact support@bravenbloom.io to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of a child account. Please include enough information for us to locate the account, such as username and account email, but do not send copies of identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are legally required.
