Keep players safe

Bravenbloom is a multiplayer game that may be played by children. Chat, usernames, guild names, guild descriptions, bug reports, and any other player text must stay safe for younger players.

Do not share personal information

Do not share real names, home addresses, school names, phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, precise location, passwords, payment details, photos of yourself, or private details about another person.

Forbidden behavior

  • Bullying, harassment, stalking, threats, or encouraging self-harm.
  • Sexual content, grooming behavior, or attempts to move children to private channels.
  • Hate speech, slurs, extremist content, or targeted abuse.
  • Scams, phishing, account theft, impersonation, or trading outside approved game systems.
  • Cheating, automation, exploit abuse, or disrupting the service.
  • Illegal content or instructions for illegal activity.

Moderation

We may filter messages, mute accounts, remove text, reset exploited progress, suspend accounts, or ban players when needed. Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, repeat behavior, player safety, and service integrity.

Reporting

Report unsafe behavior, privacy concerns, or serious bugs to support@bravenbloom.io. Include the player name, approximate time, and what happened. Do not include unnecessary private details.
