Glidelion is a free gliding game that runs in your browser: a cozy take on the launch-and-fly games where the only question is how far you can go. You hang from a giant dandelion seed at the top of the Wish Hill, charge a breath, and let the wind carry you down a golden valley while the metres count up.
Every flight is short, and a flower blooms where you land. Time your launch in the gold window, steer into wind ribbons and sunflower updrafts, skim the pond, and glide past the Clover, Meadow, Wildflower, Golden and Rainbow rings. The fluff you earn buys upgrades at the Fluff Stand, and everyone flies the same Wind of the Day, a fresh layout of ribbons and updrafts every day, so the leaderboard compares flights over the same valley.

Distance is measured in metres from the launch pad, and the valley runs for about 700 metres. Five ring lines are painted on the grass: Clover 80 m, Meadow 150 m, Wildflower 240 m, Golden 340 m, Rainbow 480 m. Land past a line to bloom a flower in that ring.
Hold the puff button on the launch pad. A needle sweeps around the ring, and the top of the ring glows gold. Release while the needle is in the gold window for a Perfect Puff, which launches you higher and pays 25% more fluff. Lucky Wind upgrades make the gold window wider.
Every flight pays fluff: a little for each metre, plus bonuses for the ring you reach, the butterflies you catch and your pond skips. Spend it at the Fluff Stand on the hill: Featherweight (a slower sink), Deep Breath (stronger puffs), Spare Breath (an extra puff), Lucky Wind (a wider gold window) and Waxed Fluff (rain that soaks you slower). Upgrades carry over to your next flights.
Yes. Up to 12 pilots share the Wish Hill and see each other's flights, and everyone flies the same Wind of the Day, so every score on the leaderboard comes from the same valley. You can also fly on your own.
